Who we are

NAVRA is the brand of José Calheiros & Gonçalo Sousa, Lda., a company registered in Portugal with its registered office in Maia, Portugal ("NAVRA", "we", "us"). We are the data controller for the personal data described in this policy. For any question about your data, write to contact@navra-tech.com.

What data we collect

Contact form: your first and last name, email address, phone number and the message you send us.

Newsletter sign-up: your email address.

Emails you send us: your email address and the content of your message.

Website usage: with your consent, Google Analytics collects technical data such as the pages you visit, your device and browser type and your approximate location. Framer, our website provider, also collects anonymous statistics about page visits.

Why we use it and on what legal basis

To reply to your request and, if you ask for it, prepare a proposal: steps taken at your request before entering into a contract (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR).

To send you our newsletter, only if you subscribe: your consent (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR). You can unsubscribe at any time.

To understand how the website is used and improve it: your consent to analytics cookies (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR).

We do not sell your data, we do not use it for advertising and we do not make automated decisions about you.

Who we share it with

We only share your data with service providers that process it on our behalf: Framer B.V. (website hosting and forms), Microsoft (email and document storage) and Google (website analytics). Some of these providers may process data outside the European Economic Area. When they do, the transfer is covered by an adequacy decision of the European Commission or by the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses.

How long we keep it

Contact requests and emails: up to 24 months after our last contact. If we start working together, we keep the data for as long as the law requires.

Newsletter: until you unsubscribe.

Analytics data: up to 14 months.

Your rights

You can ask us to access, correct or delete your data, to restrict or object to its use, or to receive it in a portable format. Where we rely on your consent, you can withdraw it at any time. To exercise any of these rights, email contact@navra-tech.com. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Portuguese data protection authority, the CNPD (www.cnpd.pt).

Cookies

We only use analytics cookies (Google Analytics) if you accept them in the cookie banner. You can change your choice at any time. Cookies that are strictly necessary for the website to work do not require consent.
